Danielle Beaulieu, PA ~ ACHS-Franconia

Danielle has a bachelor’s degree in biology from St Michael’s College and a master’s degree from Northeastern University 's Physician Assistant Program, completing her training in various Boston-area hospitals. Danielle is new to Franconia and is enjoying all the area has to offer.


Jill Blumberg, MD ~ ACHS-Whitefield

Jill has worked in Whitefield since finishing her medical degree at the University of Connecticut and her Residency in Family Practice in Alaska. She loves seeing patients of all ages. She lives in Littleton with her husband and two daughters. 


Claire Bolon, MD ~ACHS-Woodsville

Dr. Claire Bolon received her medical degree at State University of New York in Syracuse and completed her internship and residency at Columbus Children's Hospital in Ohio. She is Board certified in Pediatrics and has a special interest in chronic illness. 

 


Barbara Macgregor Ford, APRN ~ ACHS-Franconia

Barbara Ford received her BSN from the University of Rhode Island in 1976, then recieved certification as an adult nurse practitioner from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in 1981.  Barbara's interests include preventive health examinations, well woman evaluations and diabetes education. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the NH Nurse Practitioner Association. Barbara is married, has two teenage daughters, and enjoys hiking, swing dancing and cross country skiing. 


Evelyn Hagan, APRN ~ ACHS-Whitefield

Evelyn Hagan is a family nurse practitioner. Evelyn has been a nurse since 1976 and a nurse practitioner since 1995. She loves caring for patients throughout the lifespan, infancy through elder years. She believes her adult patients are in charge of their own health and it is her role to help them know how to make the best choices to maintain good health.


 

 Phil Lawson, MD ~ ACHS-Littleton

Dr. Phil Lawson hails from Canada, and received his Bachelor's degree from Middlebury College in Vermont before his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Calgary. He has been practicing family medicine at ACHS since 1997, is Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care, is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at Dartmouth, and helps run the Community Coalition for End of Life Care.  Dr. Lawson enjoys our rural community - skiing, biking and hiking with his wife and daughter.


Dr. David L. Nelson, DO, MBA ~ ACHS-Littleton

Dr. Nelson was a pre-med student and majored in biology at Hobart College in upstate NY, graduating in 1995. He went on to Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, PA, graduating in 1999. He completed his residency in 2002 at Memorial Hospital-Peninsula, Ormond Beach, FL, was Board Certified in 2002 and moved to Benton, NH to practice at the ACHS-Warren site. During this time, he earned a masters degree in business administration with an emphasis on health care services from The George Washington University. In 2008, he worked at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center as a family practice physician and assistant professor of community and family medicine for Dartmouth Medical School.  “I enjoy the physician-patient relationship that is formed as well as the intellectual challenge of promoting health and preventing disease. I enjoy opportunities to help create effective systems of health care delivery, both on the level of my personal practice and also on larger scales such as with the team at ACHS.” Dr. Nelson lives in Benton with his wife and 2 children.


Caitlin O'Donnell, MD ~ ACHS-Warren

Dr. Caitlin O’Donnell has been practicing medicine in New Hampshire since 2003.  She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2000 and completed her residency at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center in Lawrence, MA in 2003. She enjoys working with families, especially mothers-to-be, infants and children.  Dr. O’Donnell is the ideal person to see for your women’s health issues.


 Aaron Solnit, MD ~ ACHS-Woodsville

Family physician, Dr. Aaron Solnit, pursued twelve months of extra training in obstetrical and other procedural skills before coming to Woodsville. He performs obstetrical ultrasounds, C-sections, tubal ligation and fetal version. Dr. Solnit is also certified for neonatal resuscitation and is a Pediatric Advanced Life Support instructor. In addition, he has a special interest in patient education.


Loren Solnit, MMD ~ ACHS-Woodsville

Dr. Loren Solnit completed her medical training at McGill Medical School in Montreal and her internship and residency at Duke University Medical center. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a PALS instructor, as well as the medical director for Tri-County Head Start. Her special practice interests are neontatology, adolescent medicine and gynecology, preventive and behavioral medicine.


Jessica Thibedeau, APRN ~ ACHS Littleton

Jessica received a Masters of Nursing (MSN) from Mass General Hospital’s, Institute of Health Professions, and has been practicing Women’s Health medicine at ACHS since 1996. She has been certified as both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with a specialty in Adult care, and the Nurses Credentialing Center (NCC), with a specialty in Women’s Health. The focus of her practice is on women’s health throughout all stages of a woman’s life. Jessica’s Clinical Interests include: reproductive health/contraception, prenatal care, peri-menopause/menopause, gynecology, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.


Charles Wolcott, MD ~ ACHS-Franconia

Charles Wolcott, a Vermont native, was born wearing skis. Once he and his wife, Paula, completed a 1 year African tour in the Peace Corps in 1975 they settled in Franconia to raise their family and for Dr. Wolcott to practice Family Medicine. He opened his first solo practice in Littleton, and relocated it to Franconia in 1990.  He became Medical Director of ACHS in 2002 when his practice became part of the ACHS family of care givers. He is passionate about Family medicine, is a trustee at Littleton Regional Hospital, and has been Medical Director at the Lafayette Nursing home in Franconia since 1985.


Nicole Fischler, APRN ~ ACHS-Littleton

Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in nursing from Simmons College in Boston, where she also earned a post graduate certificate as a family nurse practitioner. She is also fluent in Spanish and has done volunteer work in Cost Rica, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.  Fischler chose to follow a career as a nurse practitioner after working in the medical clinical research field. “I wanted to be on the other side of the fence, working with the patients, more directly impacting their lives,” she said. Working as a nurse practitioner, she said, “is just a more holistic field, and it suits my temperament and the way I choose to care for people.”


Sarah Young-Xu, MD ~ ACHS-Woodsville

Dr. Sarah Young-Xu is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and completed her internship and residency at the University of Massachusetts. She provides routine prenatal and labor care,  and performs deliveries at Cottage Hospital. She is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr. Young-Xu's special practice interests are obstetrics and women's health. 


                                        Ally Noble, APRN ~ ACHS-Woodsville

Ally Noble has her Bachelor's degree in Social Work and her Master's of Nursing with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ally has worked within the Woodsville community for the past twenty years as a registered nurse and now as a nurse practitioner. Being a nurse practitioner allows her to provide a unique blend of nursing and medical care. She strives to focus on the whole person when treating specific health problems, as well as educating the patient on the effects those problems will have on them, their loved ones and their community.  

 

 

 

Elizabeth Harman, PA ~ ACHS-Littleton

Elizabeth joined ACHS after an extensive career in healthcare. She is available to address acute care needs and same-day visits. She works closely with your ACHS provider to ensure continuity of care.
