Please join us at Littleton Regional Hospital's 7th Annual New Year's Resolution Open House February 7th from 4-7pm in their new Medical Office Building, 600 St. Johnsbury Road in Littleton.

Ergonomics, Winter Fitness and Healthy Eating are just some of the topics you can learn more about. There will many local organizations represented at the Open House as well.

ACHS will there and you can find out more about our services, talk to one of the ACHS Pharmacists, or talk to a trainer and sign up for our upcoming workshop "Better Choices - Better Health" Chronic Disease Self Management Program. We look forward to seeing you!
