Bob Chenevert, ACHS Board President
Bob received a BSBA with a concentration in Human Resources Administration from the University of Lowell, MA. He has many years of experience in information technology. He worked for various local businesses in the computer field, before settling in as Network Administrator at Garnet Hill in Franconia. He has been with the company for 22 years. He and his family also ran a Bed and Breakfast in Bethlehem from 1985-1992. Participation in local organizations and government is important to Bob and he serves on the Lyman Conservation Commission, chairs the Lyman Zoning Board of Adjustment. He has served as chair of the Personnel Committee and Vice President, and currently chairs the Executive Committee. Bob lives in Lyman, where he enjoys playing the guitar, gardening and reading.
Charles F Thibodeau, Jr., ACHS Board Vice President
Charlie is enjoying retirement after forty years experience in the field of education as a Superintendent of Schools, high school principal, teach and coach in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He enjoys travelling, reading, outdoor activities such as gardening, tennis, hunting and fishing, snow-shoeing and x-c skiing, and other leisure pursuits. He is currently serving as Vice President of the ACHS Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Personnel, QA and Nominating Committee. He resides in Lisbon.
Christine Latulip, ACHS Board Treasurer
After a thirty-year career in community banking in Littleton including being the President of Peoples Bank, Christine established Newbridge Exchange, LLC, a consulting firm, to assist clients in Section 1031 tax deferral strategies. She is the North Country Field Representative for the NH Preservation Alliance in partnership with the National Trust for Historic Preservation assisting non-profits and community groups in building capacity for historic preservation projects. Christine has a long record of volunteering her financial expertise with area non-profits. She is a founding and emeritus member of AHEAD, is Board President of Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust and has a master’s degree in Community Economic Development. She has 3 daughters and lives in Littleton. Christine is a member of the AMC’s NH 4000’ Club having successfully climbed all 48 of New Hampshire’s highest peaks. She chairs the ACHS Finance Committee.
Carrie Gendreau, ACHS Board Secretary
Carrie was born and raised in Littleton where she currently lives with her husband. She has a grown daughter, Emmalee. Carrie is a certified Dale Carnegie Course Instructor, owner and trainer of The Training Connection, Marketing Representative for Farm-Way (Bradford, VT), Instructor for Granite State College, and owner of Emma & Co. Consignment Boutique. She is the contributing author and editor of Wit and Wisdom from the Front Porch and contributing author of Trainer’s Warehouse Book of Games. Carrie enjoys hiking, skiing, kayaking, fishing and walking on the beach. She serves on the Strategic Planning and Marketing Committee.
Gary Boyle
Grew up in Dalton and Littleton, is a lawyer with a practice at 193 Main Street in Littleton since graduating from law school. He is also a judge and has two sons in college. He serves on the Strategic Planning Committee.

Stan Fillion
Stan has been a CPA for fifteen years and was born and educated in Littleton. He is the Comptroller for Littleton Coin Company. He is active in many community organizations: Rotary, LIDC, Chamber of Commerce, Littleton School Building Committee, Union Bank Advisory Board. He serves on the Finance committee.
Alycia Vosinek
Alycia is a Mortgage Loan Officer for Northway Bank. She started her banking career 17 years ago and is a 2002 graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College. For the past 12 years she has been on the lending side of banking with experience in consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending. She is passionate about community volunteerism. In addition to sitting on the Board of Directors for Ammonoosuc Community Health Services and serving on the Finance and Strategic Planning Committees, she is the Treasurer for the Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a former Trustee of the Trust Funds for the Town of Monroe. She grew up in Vermont , but has lived in NH for the past 10 years and currently resides in Monroe with her husband and two children. She loves being a mom, surfing, snowboarding and gardening.
Robert Tortorice
Bob recently moved to the area after many years of military service. He owns Alternative Buildings construction firm in Franconia. He serves on the Finance Committee and is involved in the Franconia Chamber of Commerce and lives in Franconia with his family.
Karen Crowe
Karen grew up in West Lebanon, NH and has called New Hampshire home for most of her life. She has an AS degree from Becker Jr. College and a BS in business management from Franklin Pierce College with 37 years of experience in healthcare. Karen has served as President of the NH Association of Residential Care Homes, is a current member of the Littleton Rotary Club and past member of Peterborough Rotary, Cheshire County YMCA Incorporator, Franklin Pierce College Alumni Advisory Board, and Monadnock Humane Society volunteer. She currently makes her home in Dalton.
Tonya Eastman
Tonya is currently the Retail Operations Supervisor and Senior Analyst, Buy Planning, at Littleton Coin Company, LLC. She also has over 25 years of healthcare administration and management experience including 11 years serving on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and B.S. in Business & Management. She served previously on the ACHS Board for six years, is a past Vice-President of the Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce and Littleton Regional Hospital Auxiliary Boards, recently served as the Littleton Area Disaster Action Team (DAT) Leader for the American Red Cross, and is a Friends of Lakeway Volunteer at Lakeway Elementary School. She is originally from Vermont and has lived in Littleton for 12 years. She is married to Gregory and they have three children, Quinton, Rochelle and Chandler. She enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, and traveling.
